These little chubby chickadees stopped by the studio the other day to bring a song and some Christmas cheer. They are works of art in their own right, formatted like notecards for easy gift-giving and convenient framing. The golden foliage is individually painted free-hand with irridescent calligraphy copper plate gold ink. The chickadees are watercolor print cut outs from my original collection of Northeastern Ohio birds.
