Anemones are delicate and fragile. What I love most about them is the contrast between their softly colored petals and their dark center peppered with brighly colored pollen. Its a symphony of color contrasts and textures. An ode to the simple pleasures that accompany our every day lives, a cup of tea enjoyed in the evening after a long day, a song in our heart as we wake up in the morning.
