These roses belong in a bouquet I received from my sister. They are quicly fading but painting them is like holding on to their moments of greatest radiance. Remembering is also like holding on to a moment's beauty and radiance and going back to it frequently to enjoy the harvest of thanksgiving.

Original watercolor painting on premium 140 lb cold press watercolor paper.
